Let's Talk About the Role and Responsibilities

As the Azure Practice Manager at Capgemini, you will be a vital figure in our Cloud & Custom Applications Practice, tasked with offering technical leadership and developing high-quality, secure, and compliant Azure-based solutions that fulfill client needs.

Your role demands exceptional commercial and technical skills, an aptitude for building high-performance teams, international collaboration, client trust-building, and delivery of top-tier solutions to prominent organizations on Australia's West Coast.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the delivery and quality of Azure Cloud & Custom Applications (C&CA) solutions, working with different teams to ensure successful and timely project execution.
Building robust relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and executive responsible for delivery.
Contributing to client contract creation and presales activities and participating in governance forums for smooth service delivery.
Overseeing the Practice's daily operations, focusing on resource management, budgeting, and aligning service delivery with profitability targets.
Mentoring and nurturing the local team, fostering growth, and ensuring high engagement and retention levels.
Owning the endtoend solution delivery for cloud transformation projects, leveraging Azurebased solutions.
Developing and implementing comprehensive cloud transformation plans for clients with extensive Azure environments.
Providing Azure technical leadership, managing complex project deliveries, and driving consensus on technical solutions amongst stakeholders.
Leading bid responses, preparing complex proposals, and providing Azure technical leadership across multiple projects.
Acting as an Azure Thought Leader, interlocking with Microsoft, leading bid responses, and preparing intricate proposals for clients

Let's Talk About Your Capability and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

A strong IT background, including 6+ years in Solution Architecture, Design, and Integration, and 4+ years leveraging Azure to deliver various solutions.
Proven experience navigating complex client requirements in dynamic environments, preferably in sectors like mining, electricity, and local government.
Comprehensive experience, spanning presales to final delivery, ensuring clientfocused and effectively tested solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical delivery teams in largescale projects within a professional services environment.
Robust consulting acumen, with a focus on planning and implementing Azurebased cloud transformation projects.
Experience in presales and implementation of technologydriven programs across industries, supporting strategic phases and operations to enable a client's Cloud Journey.
Azure Certification and proven experience in delivering multitier, highavailability solution architectures, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, clientfacing skills, and experience in presales engagement activities.
Excellent presentation and English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preference will be given to Australian Permanent Residents and Citizens.
