Reporting to the Project Leader and Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing all site planned and unplanned maintenance
Maintaining all maintenance parts and service parts stock levels
Ensuring that planned maintenance is carried out correctly
Planning maintenance and repairs with Production Superintendent
Maintaining required maintenance records on site, and to Plant Manager
Maintaining Action Drill and Blast tooling, including correct usage
General Supervision and leadership of the maintenance work group
Ensuring employees are trained and competent to carry out their duties
Assisting in workforce planning
Making sure that work is performed in an efficient and safe manner
Being involved in continuous improvement initiatives
Adhering to all Safety Procedures and Company Policies
Keeping all registers up to date at all times
Ensuring Machinery/Equipment is kept up to OEM Specifications and Compliant to Site or Company standards.
