    Your opportunity

    As a casual Car Park Attendant at Westfield Knox , you will be part of our Parking Experience team. Your main focus is providing an extraordinary experience for customers entering and leaving our Westfield living centres.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers consistently.
    • Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
    • Traffic management by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • Conduct regular cleaning checks and patrols to ensure a tidy, well-lit environment maintained at a high standard.
    • Report all incidents, hazards, and risks promptly, providing analytic insights from car park data.
    • Maintain car park equipment in good working order, including boom gates, APU machines, and ticketing systems.

    • To be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers' licence is required

    This is a casual position and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.

    All successful candidates will be required to complete a video interview, medical and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication; please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
