How you will be assessedYou will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience.
Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management (
SFIA:
USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 4, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 3)
- Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment (
SFIA:
SLMO Level 4)
- Well developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions (
NHS:
Effective and strategic influencing)
- Previous experience working with one of the below systems is preferred:
- ieMR
- Pathology
- ieMR
- ieMR
- ieMR
Specific Working Conditions:
- This position may be required to work at different sites.
