About the role

HudsonTrade Centre Mitre10 Maitland(Rutherford) are currently seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join the team as an Assistant Manager.

Reporting to Robert Vollmer Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in providing leadership to the store to maximise sales, minimise costs and create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of your day-to-day culture.

As a senior leader, you will have previous leadership experience in a high volume retail/trade environment.

You are a leader who believes that developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours of your team is critical to success.

Your attention to detail in critical data analysis and understanding of stock flow principles will feed our pipeline and control costs.

Having a passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will see you deliver sales targets and KPI's which you will have the ability to influence in your Store.
