This opportunity


The Regulatory Specialist in Technology Governance is responsible for ensuring that the Critical infrastructure security obligations (currently under TSSR and SOCI) are met.

The role would ensure that notifications to CISC are done in a timely manner meeting the CISC expected standards.

This role will manage and evolve critical infrastructure regulatory governance process, maintaining the artefacts that can be produced as evidence during FIRB audits.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation of various National security notifications.
  • Manage the regulatory governance framework and processes.
  • Manage the required governance artefacts for audits.
  • Develop and maintain the Vendor Governance artefacts.
  • Take care of your own safety and wellbeing at work and avoid adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of others.
  • Always be on the lookout to improve the way we work, speak up with suggestions for a better way, and aim to exceed expectations.
  • Plan your work and be ready to take advantage of the opportunities that come with our everchanging industry.
  • Protect the brand, reputation, and profitability of TPG by maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its information assets and information systems.

Knowledge and experience

  • Understanding of the National Security Obligations and controls.
  • Experience working to deadlines whilst managing competing priorities.
  • Stakeholder management proven experience influencing across & up.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Collaborative engagement style.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, be a selfstarter, work effectively with multiple groups, and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing information in Confluence and SharePoint.
  • Working with large, diversified teams.
  • Passion for change and improvement.
