Our client is seeking a casual Property Inspections Officer.

The role is ideally suited to someone wanting to take the stress out of their Property Management career.
It would suit a previous Property Manager looking to grow or a skilled Property Manager wanting to step back from a Portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities;

Working with a Property Management team you carry out Routine Inspections, Entry and Exit Inspections and liase with the Property Managers about the outcomes of the inspections.

Essential requirements:

Minimum 6 months prior experience in leasing, real estate or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to deal professionally with owners, tenants & contractors
A current valid Drivers License
Real Estate qualifications
Reliable car
Be able to invoice for work completed

How To Apply?

Salary:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
