We are seeking an inspirational and innovative leader to join our exceptional Junior School commencing in January 2024. This full-time, 5-year tenure position is available due to internal movement and promotional position opportunities.

Head of Teaching and Learning - Junior School

The Head of Teaching and Learning - Junior School plays a vital role in supporting the Head of Junior School to achieve the strategic goals of the Junior School, particularly with reference to the School's commitment to academic excellence and progress.

The Head of Teaching and Learning - Junior School will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and work collaboratively with the Head of Junior School and Deputy Head of Junior School to lead teachers in meeting individual student learning needs.

The successful applicant must hold Queensland College of Teachers registration and be willing to have his/her name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register.

It is preferred that the successful applicant has or is working towards post-graduate qualifications in education.
