?1x ongoing Full-time opportunity (35 hours per week)

  • Sydney, CBD location with flexible and remote working options available.
  • Clerk Grade 3/4. Base salary ranges from $75,992 to $83,211 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

The agency supports the Chief Executive Officer and the Public Guardian to provide customer-centred services to the people of NSW, including some of the state's most vulnerable.

We do this by providing a range of multidisciplinary services including Will-making, estate planning, executorship, trustee, financial management and guardianship services.


We write more than 13,000 estate planning documents each year, support over 49,000 customers annually and manage over seven billion dollars in customer assets.

A NSW government agency within the Stronger Communities Cluster, our services help support and protect people at critical moments in their lives.


About the role


Provide professional paralegal and administrative support to the practice group's solicitors to contribute to and support the provision of effective and efficient legal services to NSWTG and its customers.

About You


You'll have experience providing a range of administrative support to solicitors, as well as carrying out registry and document searches, undertaking legal research and preparing written documents, such as correspondence, administrative tasks including setting up pleadings and affidavits and Court orders for Solicitors to complete, and prepare reports including case summaries and analysis.


Essential Requirements
All roles require a willingness to have phone calls monitored for monitoring and training purposes

  • National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 201
  • Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
