About the role


The Strategic Relationships Manager will be employed to develop and drive strategic and sustainable growth across our Wesley Employment & Training services, who are responsible for delivering a wide range of training, employment & suicide prevention programs across NSW and strong partnerships interstate.


These programs include Wesley Vocational Institute (RTO Code 90091)*, the Registered Training Organisation of Wesley Mission, Opportunity Pathways, our Wesley Recruitment Services arm and our Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland centre & LifeForce Suicide Prevention Services nationally.


  • The NSW Department of Education has recognised our organisation as a High Performing Provider


To succeed in this role, you must have community and stakeholder engagement experience, demonstrated business development skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet significant organisational and financial targets.

You will have a reputation for empowering your team, delivering quality outcomes and managing complex situations effectively.

You will be highly respected by your stakeholders and be known for having a can-do, solution focused attitude that adds value to your stakeholders' business.

- demonstrated client focused business growth
- demonstrated management and business acumen within management, education, community services or other relevant field.
- excellent stakeholder management, providing great customer service through transformative and creative ideas for service delivery
- demonstrated experience achieving financial and organisational targets in a competitive environment
- demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership which empowers your team to succeed
- excellent and influential verbal and written communication skills.


Desirable criteria
- relevant tertiary qualifications
- previous experience in Employment, Training or Health services
- previous experience in a similar role.
