Total Tools Canning vale is looking for a
Full Time Administration Sales Assistant , who has a real passion for customer service and a knowledge of tools. This is an exciting and rare opportunity for you to develop your professional sales craft and assist the Business Development Manager in driving the sales strategy


This position will suit a motivated individual who has previous retail experience looking to expand their knowledge of sales working within a dynamic retail environment with solid growth.

As our Administration Sales Assistant, you will be assisting the Business Development Manager in providing the highest level of customer service and sales to current, new, and potential account customers to enable the store to exceed customer expectations and support meeting the overall store performance levels.


What will you be doing?

  • Administration support for Business development manager
  • Prepare quotes for commercial and account customers
  • Stock follow up for commercial customers
  • Customer calling to further develop existing relationships
  • Identify product requirements of existing commercial account base
  • Organise freight for orders to customers
  • Raise sales orders
  • Pick customer orders from shop floor
  • Assist on sales floor during busy and promotional periods
  • Assist in preparing commercial customer event days.

Does this sound like you?

  • Available full time Mon to Friday
  • Knowledge of tools and their use would be very highly regarded
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Experience preparing quotations
  • Experience in following through projects to full completion.
  • Retail experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail
  • Comfortable with technology computer literacy is a must, with a professional phone manner
