Sales Operations Analyst

What the day will look like

  • Serve as the Sales Operations partner for the National/Commercial business in APAC, with helix reporting into the local BU leader and APAC Growth Operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client team questions regarding Aon Connect even when not directly responsible for the process.

Supporting all Aon Connect (CRM) activities for BU:

  • Aon Connect training and licensing of new colleagues
  • DAU/Global Standard Execution
  • Contract Support
  • Growth Strategy/Campaign Support
  • Marketing Coordination
  • Enduser case management
  • Data entry and tagging
  • Data quality auditing and clean up
  • Support BUs reporting needs. Provide data and insights that support growth, help target and pursue prospects, develop local market plans (LMPs), better manager resource utilization and capacity, and also act as Clive champion for their BU.
  • Keeps documentation and training materials up to date and assists in the delivery of training
  • Communicates effectively and proactively with BU client teams on timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Expected to serve as backup support (even if not directly aligned) for other BUs where required.
  • Acts as conduit between the BU and the Growth Operations community:
  • Helping to bring the best of Aon's Growth capabilities to the BU
  • Working to support BU to meet global standard timelines
  • Providing recommendations for the regional and global team on best practice from the BU, process improvements and common issue resolution.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Passionate selfstarter who can juggle multiple projects, followup and exhibit creative problem solving ultimately delivering projects and assignments on target and on time within a fastpaced environment
  • Strong ability to work closely with various cross functional groups
  • A creative thinker who brings innovative ideas, new perspectives, and a wealth of enthusiasm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated responsiveness to colleague and leadership requests
  • Qualifications include bachelor's degree in Business or related major, excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.). Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) and marketing automation systems (i.e. Eloqua). Expertise in data visualization/business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales operations experience or related formal training.
