We are seeking a hard-working
Public Area Attendant to work at one of the leading luxury property in Mount Gravatt, Brisbane Queensland.

This role is pivotal to the daily operations of our Housekeeping Department to ensure the hotel has a 5 star cleanliness rating.

If you have excellent attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude and a passion for Travel & Tourism, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

Previous Luxury Hotel housekeeping experience is highly regarded but full training will be provided for the right person
We are seeking team members who are not afraid to go that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience
Must be available Monday and Tuesday
Availability to work up to 38 hours per week,
with availability for weekend work being essential.

Shifts is on Morning shift:

You must also hold the appropriate work rights to work within Australia with no restrictions.

Key Position Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and lounges, are consistently clean and well-maintained
Performing regular cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and polishing surfaces to uphold the highest standards of hygiene
Monitoring and replenishing supplies in public areas, including restroom amenities, linens, and cleaning products
Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing courteous and efficient service
Collaborating with other departments to uphold a seamless guest experience
