The Opportunity

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT Division. This is an entry level role with unlimited learning opportunities across all of our technology systems.


We are looking for someone that is confident working autonomously as well as being an integral part of our collaborative and social team.

You will enjoy building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and aspire to become a key point of contact for the broader business.


To be successful in this role, you will not just be responsible for providing PC and network troubleshooting support but also focus on the customer service and user experience of our 250 users across our multiple sites.


Key responsibilities will include:

Providing customer focused technical support to users

  • Troubleshoot and resolving users IT issues, including escalating and liaising with third party vendors when required
  • Creating and managing all new user accounts in Active Directory and various third party systems
  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, scanners and anything that comes across our desk
  • Perform network and server maintenance and health check tasks
  • Maintain documentation of systems, networks, and backups
  • Provide training and demonstrations to internal stakeholders, if required

Desired skills and Experience:

Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Certificate IV in Information Technology or an IT degree
Excellent technical knowledge of desktop and network platforms, with working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards (Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server/ Active Directory/O365)
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service approach
