About the role:


John Holland are looking to engage with a capable and dedicated
HSEQ Manager with
clear construction experience to work on a longer term project that will see you deliver HSEQ outcomes over a list of medium to large projects scopes within the project covering pipeline, water, pumpstations and earthworks.


John Holland has a long and successful partnership with Melbourne Water and we are currently delivering numerous key projects throughout Victoria.

This senior leadership role will need your expertise and leadership skills across multiple stakeholders and team members.


You will be able to utilise your people, planning, leadership skills to deliver an exceptional management, governance and compliance outcomes for this program of works.


About you:


  • Providing leadership to a team of safety professionals at varying stages of their careers
  • Championing compliance and safety across the Project in conjunction with the Leadership team by providing training, education and awareness
  • Liaising with client representatives, key internal stakeholders and regulatory representatives as required
  • Conducting investigations as needed and making recommendations to prevent future occurrences
  • Providing support, coordination and advise about HSEQ practices, systems and procedures on the Project including developing reports, training packages and other programs as required
