About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team.

Reporting to the National Manager Supply Chain Management & Logistics, this busy and rewarding role is responsible for the coordination of; forecasting, ordering and delivery of products, inventory management and supporting the Supply Chain team to help ensure KPI's are achieved.

The role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives and implement change to educate the business about the importance and benefits of Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning to meet changing company needs.


Requirements:


  • Design and generate periodic reports; including inventory holding, shipping schedules, forecast accuracy, stock availability reporting, and ensure demand planning process is timely, accurate and verifiable
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain the longterm forecast in conjunction with sales and marketing
  • Assist with the implementation of optimum inventory levels to ensure delivery to meet agreed service levels
  • Close collaboration with logistics partners including 3PL warehouse and freight providers to maintain smooth throughput of stock and ensure customer deliveries are met in a timely manner
  • Work closely with business stakeholders including suppliers to ensure accurate ordering of inventory to maintain reasonable inventory levels and deliver continuity of supply for our customers
  • Manage and lead S&OP process for designated portfolio of products
Who are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with 5 years' experience
  • Proficiency with using SAP S4 Hana in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills and ability to establish relationships and engage with stakeholders
  • A proven capacity to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond to critical deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and welldeveloped analytical and system skills
