Are you a school leaver in and around Sydney, eager to take your first steps into the real world but uncertain about your career path? We have an exciting opportunity for you

The Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre, in collaboration with the NSW Department of Education and a network of training providers, is thrilled to offer a unique "pre-employment" opportunity.

This initiative is designed to allow you to get a taste for the IT Industry without having to commit to signing a training contract.


What We Offer:


  • Certificate III in Information Technology


By enrolling this program, you will delve into some introductory fields of study in IT, aiding you in making informed decisions about your long-term career path.


What's Included:


Upon successfully completing the program, you'll have achieved approximately 15% of the units of study required in a Certificate III in Information Technology and be in a strong position to commence a traineeship.

You will also have gained some workplace experience. We are committed to providing ongoing support to help you become a fully qualified professional.

Our program provides you with the opportunity to:

  • Explore vocational choices and gain insights into the world of work.
  • Receive support and advice from a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and our Training Partner providers to select the most suitable preapprenticeship or pretraineeship program.
  • Begin your training journey.
  • Benefit from mentoring and assistance whenever needed.

Eligibility:

Students eligible for pre-apprenticeship or pre-traineeship training include those who:

  • Have recently left school.
  • Meet the Smart and Skilled student eligibility criteria to participate in the training.
