Quay Appointments are currently seeking a creative and forward-thinking
Communications Engagement Officer to join a well-established government organisation based in Canberra.

As the Communications Engagement officer you will provide insights to develop strategies that aim to build trust and confidence in the organisation through open and two-way communication.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a strong client service ethic and deliver timely while providing accurate information to our clients ensuring high awareness, positive engagement and ongoing information management.

Duties and responsibilities:

Identify, develop and implement client engagement strategies to raise awareness and improve client outcomes in a range of areas.
Develop communication materials that engage and support the community.
Support and develop campaigns for specific client groups and issues, including aligning messaging with broader ACT government policies.
Review, develop and evaluate direct correspondence materials across multiple channels to improve client experience, learning from behavioural insights.
Review, develop and maintain web content to ensure timely and accurate information is available when clients need to access it, including forms, factsheets and policies.
Engage with project teams to understand, advise and support their client and stakeholder engagement needs to achieve a more joined up and streamlined experience for clients.
