Woods and Co Property has partnered up again with a private development group based in the inner suburbs. Specialising in masterplanned communities, business parks, retail and residential projects, our client has a number of pivotal projects at various stages throughout Melbourne's metropolitan and rural areas.

What's in it for you?

With an experienced development and leadership team, you will be supporting them on a number of key projects, spread out geographically.

This group will provide the opportunity for the new team member to take these projects through full project lifecycle. They pride themselves on staff progression and building on skill areas that require focus for continued career growth.

What do you need:

Bachelors Degree in property, civil engineering or other related discipline
Experience supporting the delivery of master planned communities or social infrastructure
Coordination and management of consultants, authorities and other external stakeholders
Estate Master experience (desirable)
Ability to assist in the preparation, monitoring, and reporting on project budgets
Programme coordinating and tracking
