This role has oversight, leadership, and management over the following positions: - Complaints Intake & Triage Officers (x7)

  • Prisoner Complaints and Intake Officer (x1)
  • Intake and Resolution Officer (x1)
  • Triage Officer (x1)
  • Senior Complaints Advisor (x1).The role is required to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder, including health service providers, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) key government entities (Queensland Police Service and/or the Crime and Corruption Commission) and private service providers such as Telstra and CVT (Global).


Applications will remain current for a period of up to 12 months and may be considered for other vacancies (identical or similar), which may includeemployment on a temporary basis up to six months (full time or part time).
