The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.6 hour shifts per day.

Below is locations and operating hours:

Ipswich: 5:30am
9pm, weekend work optional.
Redbank Plains, Yamanto & Booval: 85pm

Reporting to our supportive Area Office Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-level reception duties and administrative services.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch reception and administrative services. You'll provide professional, caring, and friendly care to our patients, referrers, and customers.

Key responsibilities:

Drive high-quality reception and contact center services.
Efficiently manage appointments for excellent customer service and clinic efficiency.
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care.
Develop strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.

Key qualifications:

Previous experience as a medical receptionist and call centre professional (desirable).
Ability to handle high call volumes with ease.
Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Autonomy and ability to thrive in a team environment.
