Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) is a team of knowledgeable, friendly, customer-focused staff who will ultimately become the first point of contact for all CSPD customers.

The ESD team 'triage' all school and office inquiries by raising a ticket through the cloud-based tool, ServiceNow.

About the opportunity:

We are seeking an Enterprise Service Desk Officer to be accountable for providing level one support to the Enterprise Service Desk.

Reporting to the Enterprise Service Desk Manager, this role provides an outstanding opportunity to work within a highly driven team while being accountable for providing level one support to our school and head office staff.

This role is being offered on a full-time ongoing basis commencing as soon as possible.

The Enterprise Service Desk Officer is responsible for:

Providing Level 1 support by logging tickets, providing telephone support, ticket resolution, and escalation to second and third level support for resolution as appropriate
Ensuring an effective and efficient response to queries, issues, requests and incidents spanning a broad range of business areas with varying levels of complexity
Responding to customer queries to ensure they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Typical Experience and Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study
Demonstrated experience in level one support
Excellent customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great appetite for problem solving
