About the role of the Contracts Administrator in construction:

  • Preparing contract documents for execution
  • Administrating change control procedures
  • Issuing instructions such as variations and claims
  • Preparing and issuing construction progress reports
  • Coordinating and instructing site inspectors
  • Agreeing defects reporting procedures
  • Ensuring that project documentation is issued to the client
  • 3+ years' experience in construction projects $5m$100m
  • Proven Contract Administrator and estimating experience
  • Advanced across Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ideally have knowledge of Buildsoft, CostX or Cheops
  • Superior stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess relevant tertiary qualifications
