    Job Description

    Reporting to Transport Supervisor, the position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule regional deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Liaise with carriers and logistics partners to arrange pickup and delivery schedules, resolving any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Manage invoicing processes related to transportation services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices from carriers and suppliers, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely payment.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery schedules, carrier information, and invoice documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as warehouse staff and procurement teams, to optimise transportation processes and minimize costs.
