Our Legal Business Solutions team brings deep technical excellence to complex legal problems. We also bring the wider business perspective that our unique multi-disciplinary environment affords.

We deliver holistic legal advice to resolve client's most immediate challenges and achieve strategic outcomes, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.

And our team is expanding.

We're looking for a Corporate Lawyer (Associate 1-4 PQE) to help our clients navigate today's complex legal requirements with a forward-looking edge, within our vast community of solvers.

Use the know-how you've gained in Corporate Law. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout.

You'll learn plenty as you provide strategic legal advice to a variety of clients in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.


You'll work with the team to solve complex corporate advisory challenges and achieve optimal transactional outcomes for our clients across M&A, private equity and joint ventures.

In our Corporate Legal team, you'll also use your Legal qualification to:


  • Contribute to innovative and commercial solutions to clients' complex and diverse legal and regulatory challenges across some of the following areas; project development, offtake agreements, M&A, power purchase agreements, lead agency arrangements, project structuring, schemes of arrangement and restructures
  • Demonstrate initiative, self motivation and curiosity, particularly around adopting and adapting to the technological, societal and market changes in the legal and other professional services industries
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide market leading strategic commercial solutions to your clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with other staff members both within the PwC legal practice and more broadly across the other PwC lines of service
