Role Purpose


The purpose of the Digital Activation Executive is to nurture the next line of talent within Spark Foundry's Digital Activation team with a focus on delivering best in class solutions for clients.

This role is responsible for the delivery of paid search & social media campaigns for Spark's clients.

They will work closely with the Digital Activation Manager to actively manage client campaigns and communications, such as delivering client WIPs/business reviews, as well as assisting the Digital Activation Manager with client presentations & recommendations, quarterly business reviews & brief recommendations for clients.


You'll be predominantly working across Search & Social but will also be immersed in a team culture of ideas-sharing, discussion and problem solving across social and other channels within the team workload.

Within the Search & Social focus, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely reports, optimisations, supporting the planning and and implementation of best-in-class performance media campaigns, as well as taking ownership of ongoing client communications and updates.


This role would suit someone currently in a digital / performance role, with some working knowledge across Search and/or Social, that would love to develop in this space.

If you have Programmatic knowledge this will be a bonus

Key Responsibilities**Campaign Implementation

  • Reviewing client briefs and building digital media recommendations that achieve the best client outcomes.
  • Smooth implementation and delivery of campaigns within Google and Facebook ads.
  • Accurate and timely reporting, with the development of clear insights and recommendations.
  • Implementation of optimisations and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
  • Full responsibility for the accuracy of implementation of coordinators within your team.
Team & Communication

  • Developing strong working relationships with:
  • Immediate team and wider digital activation team.
  • Manager: ability to manage upwards when required.
  • Coordinators: supporting in their development and ensuring the accuracy of their output.
  • Internal client teams: effectively supporting them and managing expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Sharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team.
Administration

  • Monthly budgets are loaded with accuracy
  • Full responsibility for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion.

Skills and Experience

  • Preferably a University degree or higher education qualifications.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Search & Social marketing
  • Relevant Digital media/Search & Social Marketing experience.
  • Competent understanding and working knowledge of Australian media landscape.
  • Experience across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong capability in the analysis and manipulation of data, insight gathering and reporting.
