  • 12-month assignment with potential for 3 x 12-month extensions

ABOUT THE JOB:


  • Develop operational concepts, User Requirements and Function and Performance Specifications for maritime capabilities.
  • Develop business cases for a range of capabilities, with emphasis on maritime capabilities.
  • Manage scope, schedule, risk and opportunities for assigned capability items and provide input into maintaining the Project's Forward Work Plan.
  • Responsible for the reporting of project documentation to support governance forums.
  • Consult with various groups for the development and management of introduction into service activities.
  • Provide project management advice.

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:


  • Understanding of maritime industry terminology, regulations, and processes.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and clients effectively.
  • The capability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and develop solutions quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
