About OMODA Motors**OMODA Motors is a new brand, built by Chery Group. OMODA operates individually from the other brands within the Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

Responsibilities

Responsible for researching and planning aftersales service strategies;
Design quarterly and annual aftersales service plans. Supervise the implementation of these plans;
Plan and research CSI programs, and be responsible for the formulation and implementation of improvement plans;
Oversee technical ability improvement plans for general agents and distributors, continuously improving terminal technical maintenance capacity;
Collect and analyze aftersales service information of competitors, Chery service stations and various markets;
Maintain quality information management of aftermarket including general agent/sales region, etc., and analyzing quality problems returned from the market;
Responsible for closedloop management of customer complaints;
Bid, plan and supervise aftersales service network planning and construction;
Management the whole service team, including Spare Parts Manager, Technical Manager and Warranty Client. Also responsible for the KPIs of the entire service team.
