About the role
The Nominated Supervisor position is a full time role to lead our OHSC services in Randwick.

Lead the development, planning and implementation of quality programs for children, incorporating feedback into the program designed
Ensure all education programs are delivered in accordance with the learning framework, and are adapted for children's individual needs
Manage daytoday operations of before/after school care service operations
Lead the team in ensuring the implementation of and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law and Regulations
Manage, develop and mentor the OSHC team, providing professional development and guidance

About You

You have knowledge and understanding of all legislation relevant to OSHC and understanding and demonstrated commitment to EEO, Access & Equity including working with and supporting the inclusion of children with additional needs
1 year experience working in a Leadership role within a school and/or education centre.
Experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs for children aged 5 to 12 years within a care or education setting
You have a Diploma or Certificate IV Children's Services, OSHC, Recreation; or Degree or Diploma Primary Teaching
You have First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification
