About the role
The Nominated Supervisor position is a full time role to lead our OHSC services in Randwick.

  • Lead the development, planning and implementation of quality programs for children, incorporating feedback into the program designed
  • Ensure all education programs are delivered in accordance with the learning framework, and are adapted for children's individual needs
  • Manage daytoday operations of before/after school care service operations
  • Lead the team in ensuring the implementation of and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law and Regulations
  • Manage, develop and mentor the OSHC team, providing professional development and guidance

About You

  • You have knowledge and understanding of all legislation relevant to OSHC and understanding and demonstrated commitment to EEO, Access & Equity including working with and supporting the inclusion of children with additional needs
  • 1 year experience working in a Leadership role within a school and/or education centre.
  • Experience in the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs for children aged 5 to 12 years within a care or education setting
  • You have a Diploma or Certificate IV Children's Services, OSHC, Recreation; or Degree or Diploma Primary Teaching
  • You have First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification
