About the role:

We are going through an exciting phase of growth and digital transformation, where you will get to make a difference and impact to our diverse range of businesses

This is a brand new role reporting to the Manager of Applications and IT PMO. You will be overseeing all aspects of our IT&S portfolio, from initiation all way through to implementation.

With the chance to support and deliver various impactful projects and programmes, you will put your skills and expertise to the test.


As the PMO Lead for WesCEF, you will also be sharing your knowledge, mentoring and leading a team of Project Systems Analysts and Project Systems Coordinator.

  • Other responsibilities will also include:_
  • Create and maintain single source of all existing IT&S initiatives and potential investment opportunities.
  • Work with the IT&S leadership team to recognize the best mix of projects to enable business processes.
  • Investigate and analyse issues and opportunities, including estimating the costs and benefits of proposed improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify future demand and roadmap potential projects and resource needs.
  • Oversee management and implementation of information systems projects.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship for employees.
  • Implement and maintain budget management practices to ensure all activities deliver assigned tasks within budget.

What you Bring:


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information and communication technology.
  • Previous experience in managing an IT PMO or in an IT Portfolio Manage role.
  • Strong knowledge in delivery IT Programmes and Projects.
  • Strong knowledge in leadership and effective team management skills.
  • Extensive experience in project management and software development methodologies.
