My client, a Health Services Organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant responsible for delivering an end to end recruitment service to the business.
The role will partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent.
Ideally you will have experience with end to end recruitment in a diverse, white-collar environment.Responsibilities
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Conduct confidential interviews and followup references
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process
- Various other Ad Hoc duties such as assessment centres
- Maintaining recruitment data and records
Selection criteria
- Minimum 3 years end to end recruitment experience in white collar complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
