Reporting to the Manager - Maintenance Operations and Planning Group, the Day of Operations Planner will be responsible for planning scheduled and unscheduled day of operations line maintenance across our fleet of A320's and F100's.

Your responsibilities will include forecasting and development short-term projections of fleet maintenance requirements.

This will involve scheduling the accomplishment of maintenance tasks, Airworthiness Directives & Service Bulletins and ensuring all scheduled maintenance is completed on time.

Using your experienced gained in a similar role, you will build work packages by preparing task cards, part & tool requirements.

Updating routine & non-routine tasks in the scheduling system and developing and employing creative solutions to overcome scheduling and AOG issues.

You will work closely with others in the CAMO, Engineering and Operations to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance activities and maximise aircraft availability.

You'll have

  • Previous maintenance planning experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience with scheduling software (TRAX and/or IAS) is highly desirable
  • Highly selfmotivated and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • The ability to work in a high performing team environment
  • Previous aviation experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
