Field Manager in NSW is now available.
Based in Arndell Park, you will be required to travel and work away from home (including weekend night works as required).

About the role
The Field Manager is responsible for the coordination of site works and construction of wireless base stations, ensuring work is planned for the short term, managing and leading subcontractors and internal workforce in their scope of works, including team's safety and productivity.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Regularly monitoring environmental controls relevant to the scope of work/s to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and compliance
- Maintaining quality control and ensure that employees and subcontractors produce a quality product in line with project specifications, design and plan to meet the agreed standard
- Ensuring the outcomes for all nonconformance investigations are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensuring materials & equipment that has been delivered to site meet the quality requirements, and defective items are tagged and processe
- Coordinating all on site activities, Supervise, schedule, coordinate and manage day to day tasks to meet all objectives relevant to the scope of work/s
- Communicating the program of work to employees and subcontractors highlighting work of a critical nature and emphasise their role in achieving success
- Ensuring productivity targets are met and track any patterns or ongoing failure to meet program deadlines and report to the Construction Manage
- Ensuring subcontractors have fulfilled their obligations as per their contract
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with relevant external client's representatives
About you
- Relevant qualification (Trade, Diploma in Building / Construction, Project Management)
- Previous experience in major mobile base station is desirable, site construction / coordination including greenfield, colocation and rooftop installations
- Technical competency or detailed understanding of (civil/earthworks, concrete, rigging, power/earthing, rigging, technical installations)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the performance of multiple teams Effective time management, sequencing of work and resource management
