WHY YOU WANT THIS ROLE

Based in the Eastern Suburbs, in a bit of an industrial hub with free parking, an onsite gym and end-of-trip facilities, the office has a great vibe which you'll feel as soon as you walk in.

Tenure is strong which given the mix of people, along with the office banter and "everyone chips in" attitude, we really aren't surprised.

You'll have the support of a GM who prioritses staff development, happy humans, and most importantly, treats everyone with care and respect.

Your direct report is the Service Manager, who is a bit of a trailblazer in her industry, who tells is straight but will always have your back.

You will be set up for success, with an engaging, knowledgeable colleague who will be right by your side to get you up to speed.

To start with, you will be working from 7:30am to 4:00pm, but ideally will eventually move across to a 6:30am to 3:00pm day, to account for Eastern States clients.

WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?

The main function of your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and expand the functionality of the service department.

You will be taking over the "after sales" customer service follow-up and admin tasks relating to this, along with scheduling service appointments across the country.

As this is a team that all "muck in" when help is needed, there may be occasions where you will need to provide backup support for administration support.

THE NITTY GRITTY
The ideal person for this role is a customer service queen/king.

At the heart of what you do, you must be receptive, and friendly and want to put a smile on the face of everyone you interact with.

You have to be a bit of a go-getter, who wants to continue to learn and develop their skillset. You need to take strong initiative and be the sort of person who doesn't snap under pressure.

We will also be looking for:

Experience working in fastmoving administration/customer service position
A solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
A kind and genuine person
Proven experience in providing exemplary customer service
Someone with a little bit of sass about them
