Are you ready?


Responsible for executing outcomes and driving results while performing their role with mínimal supervision, you will assist other Payroll team members in tasks and projects.

You will assume a key role in the group responding to any emergency situations that may arise in relation to the payment and confidentially of employees.


Additionally, you will be responsible for processing related data and resolving disputes for employee salary payments as per their designated queue responsibility.


Your core focus...

  • Responsible for accepting/auditing master data updates in the HRCentral (HRC/EC) which workflows to SAP Payroll system (ECP) and Payroll Control Centre (PCC); &
  • Demonstrate solid SME of Australian legislation in relation to withholding & payroll tax, superannuation and leave entitlements, plus understanding of all EPA's for all employing entitles.

Your experience:


  • Solid skills and experience in a similar highvolume Payroll function to date;
  • Ability to process accurate updates to the HRIS systems for employee changes such as new hires, contract changes and terminations;
  • Competency using HRIS Systems including the HR/PY module of SAP and HRCentral;
  • Experience & working knowledge of the Enterprise Agreements and Australian payroll legislation;
  • Solid PC skills including Advanced MS Office, SAP (SuccessFactors), Preceda, Spinifex or similar Payroll software;
  • Ability to action employee salary enquires as a single point of contact, being able to analyse, resolve and implement corrective actions;
  • Ability to reconcile salary and leave payments, entitlements and general ledger postings;
  • Provide support with project challenges as they arise, such as changes to benefits or systems including yearend legal package changes for SAP; &
