POSITION:

The
Accounts Payable & Receivable position has now become available:


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
  • Processing payments
  • Filing and maintaining supplier records
  • Checking and verifying invoices
  • Managing accounts receivable and ensuring outstanding invoices are paid in a timely fashion
  • Reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • High presentation, attention to detail and wellspoken
  • Computer literate.
