During this rewarding call centre opportunity, you will be accountable for:

Managing a high-volume of case loads.
Reviewing and interpreting business correspondence.
Preparing of draft budgets and key stakeholder liaising.

You...
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

2 years of experience in a high-volume call centre environment.
Experience working within a large/complex organisation such as financial services, disability or government sectors would be ideal.
Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
Strong customer service and problemsolving skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high volume environment.
