Description

The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Establish and maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate all vehicles maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor the cost of repairs to ensure value for money and vehicles are serviced/repaired within manufactures guidelines, and in adherence with any applicable policies and procedures.
  • Support the ongoing review of the repairer network in response to changing vehicle technology and service trends.
  • Maintain and update fleet data on the fleet management information system.
  • Monitor invoices from suppliers and ensure prompt payment, undertaking regular reconciliation of corporate card expenditure in preparation for delegation approval.
  • Prepare reports and provide advice regarding fleet maintenance as required.

Role Requirements:

Mandatory**:

  • Basic practical knowledge and mechanical understanding of vehicles.
