Due to growth, this is a newly created role and exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a dynamic team on a permanent and full-time basis.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will enjoy a hands-on role, fantastic team culture, and the occasional furry friend in the office


About the role:


The core responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Full-function Accounts Payable processing
  • Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
  • EOM Intercompany and vendor statement reconciliations
  • Processing of payments
  • Assisting with weekly/monthly cash forecast
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Ad hoc projects and tasks within the scope of the role.

About you:

To be successful for the role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with the position accountabilities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy/varied workload
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills
  • You must be a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
