Position Overview
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Manager who embodies positivity.

This individual should possess a keen eye for detail, exhibit creative thinking, and excel in both written and verbal communication.


Within this role, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Oversight of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Management of labor hire payroll, including employee entitlements.
  • Preparation of Quarterly BAS & Monthly PAYG.
  • Compilation and review of P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Support in monthly reconciliations.
  • Collaboration on General Ledger & Bank Account audits when needed.
  • General data entry tasks encompassing invoices, payments, incoming receipts, costing, etc.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as necessitated.
  • Flexibility in providing ad hoc assistance to senior management.

Your Profile

  • Accumulated experience of two to three years in bookkeeping.
  • Profound comprehension of intricate labor hire payroll intricacies.
  • Proficiency in cloudbased accounting software.
  • Mastery of MYOB.
  • Display of professionalism when interacting with both customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational prowess.
  • Aptitude for collaborative work within a small team framework.
  • Reliability coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to establish and oversee a cloudbased accounting system.
  • Developed capability to formulate and interpret spreadsheets, thereby bolstering a growing enterprise.
