We are looking for someone who is organised, personable and reliable to meet and greet members and visitors to our office
This role is a client-facing position that requires a warm and professional front office receptionist
Responsibilities, however, not limited to:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Schedule and manage conference rooms and meeting spaces
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with adhoc tasks as required
- Organising Events
Essential:
- Minimum of 3 years premium concierge or reception experience within a corporate environment
- Excellent presentation
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
- Excellent stakeholder relationship
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- If successful, a background check will be conducted
