Responsible for Corporate Marketing, Researching and Planning campaigns,- Ensuring outstanding Customer Service delivery based on proven Customer Expectation surveys
- Managing and Implementing necessary Customer Service KPIs
- Achieving Marketing and Sales Objectives
- Preparing and Introducing Action Plans to based on Market Analysis Reports
- Meeting Marketing and Sales Financial Objectives according to Annual Budget and Forecast
- Improving Service Marketability and Profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on Market Opportunities.
- Sustaining rapport with key accounts
- Helping to resolve Operational Problems; Completing Audits; Identifying Trends; Determining System Improvements; Implementing changes.
- Preparing periodic reports to the Management for review
- Reporting to directly to the Country Manager
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years Sales / Marketing in a similar Industry
Qualifications:
- Suitably qualified
Salary:
From $75,000.00 per year
