As the HR Business Partner (Senior HR Adviser) at Parliament of Victoria this means you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice on a range of HR matters.

You will partner directly with stakeholders to provide hands on support in the handling of individual matters, as well as work across the HR Business Partner team on operation wide matters including enterprise bargaining, policy development, and change management.

You will support inclusivity by delivering against objectives within our Disability and Inclusion Plan, and promote a culture embracing safety by supporting our employees in their return to the workplace and deploying initiatives that improve workplaces across Victoria.
