We are seeking a Roads / Highways Design Manager for a leading Tier 2 contractor, based in Melbourne.This business is a cultural leader in the market, that enjoys low staff turnover and a fantastic reputation with the client.
This role has come available due to growth and promotion within the team.To be successful, you will be:
A proven design manager, having delivered roads projects (preferably in Victoria) previously.
You will be a good communicator and relationship/stakeholder manager.
Experience in Alliance model contracts (preferable)
