Established 27 years ago this independent full spectrum financial services firm offering accounting and holistic financial advice across wealth creation, insurance, superannuation including SMSFs, retirement planning, estate planning and aged care is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to work closely with the Principal Adviser to provide excellent service and improve business processes.


About the Role:

Joining a small but highly qualified team, this is a varied and busy role with the following responsibilities.

  • Onboarding new clients including project managing data collection / client updates
  • Liaising with Stockbrokers, Accountants, Lawyers, banks, Superannuation funds, Insurance companies etc.
  • Manage preparation for the client review process.
  • Assisting in client meetings and implementation of advice recommendations
  • Ownership of our CRM (Xplan) to maintain and build a comprehensive knowledge of clients
  • Work collaboratively in a team to improve business processes.

Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum 2+ years of office administration experience, preferably in Financial Planning or Accounting firm
  • Diploma of Financial Planning preferred but not required.
  • Strong Computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Xplan). Xplan knowledge preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical reasoning
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to help people
  • Thrive on being busy and proactive
