The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performance sales team to deliver on immediate and long-term sales objectives. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of our retail strategy to enhance our sales performance and create a competitive advantage.

Other key responsibilities include:

Undertake continual analysis of end-to-end sales processes to identify opportunities to improve conversion and overall sales performance
Provide training, coaching and guidance to Sales Development Managers and New Homes Consultants to enhance their performance and capability
Provide exceptional leadership that drives a high-performance sales culture engaged in delivering business strategies
Partner with the Brand Manager to align lead generation strategies with marketing initiatives
Drive an outstanding customer experience with the Sales team and regularly review customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities to the customer journey
Develop and enhance our brand value proposition in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring a strategic competitive advantage
Maintain a high level of market and competitor activity, awareness and analysis, providing insights to the General Manager and Group Sales Manager WA on our market position
Foster a fun team culture by celebrating achievements and upholding our core values
Have an always on approach to recruitment, retain and develop talent

You

We are looking for a natural leader who builds strong relationships and inspires others with proven experience in successfully developing and implementing retail strategies.

You will possess the following skills and experiences:

Experience in residential construction and/or property industry
Sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes and marketing
Demonstrated management/leadership experience, leading a large team with a positive culture
Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Proven competency in developing and maintaining a high-performance sales culture
Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiating skills
Strong, positive leadership, focused on developing talent and continuous improvement
High levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
