THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel you will manage and advise on a large portfolio of retail property matters, which may include some disputes work.

You will also gain exposure to franchising laws and shopfitter agreements, as well as general commercial matters. You ideally have experience with commercial law, franchising, competition and consumer law and/or dispute resolution.

ABOUT YOU
years' PAE ideally specialising in retail leasing, with some general commercial experience

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with high attention to detail
Able to build rapport and strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Selfstarter, motivated, positive team player
Strong presentation skills, problemsolving skills and emotional intelligence
