In this recently created role as a Private Lending Manager, you will:

  • Deliver on client experience for consumer home lending though strong financial analysis and credit writing
  • Proactively work with Private Wealth Bankers and Relationship Directors to deliver a quality home lending experience
  • Structure detailed analysis of home lending requests, complete credit analysis, and interpretation of financial statements to determine servicing capability
  • Ensure clients are kept informed throughout the entire transactional experience

What do I need?
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a client facing role within either Private, Business or Premium with a strong focus on lending
  • Strong knowledge of both Consumer and Business Lending credit policies and principles
  • Excellent client engagement, written and verbal communication skills
  • Business financial analysis skills and experience in the assessment of complex income structures
  • A strong desire to grow your career and contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Ideally have OBP verification authority (OBA) accreditation
