WIN College is seeking to appoint a Full Time Student Services Officer.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, requests and conduct initial consultation with students.
  • Responsible for assessing and processing Withdrawal, Deferral, Refund, Cancellation, Suspension, and all other requests.
  • Work closely with your direct supervisor to report student(s) for noncommencement of studies through PRISMS and develop reports for AVETMISS reporting.
  • Manage and record student enrolment including personal details to RTO and PRISMS.
  • Attendance and assessment submission monitoring.
  • Process Status Letters, Absence Letters, Completion Letters, Certificates and Statement of Attainments within appropriate turnaround times meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver major functions and events at the campus, including orientation and graduation.
  • Encourage teamwork and collaboration through positive communication to help foster a highperforming, studentcentric driven culture.
  • Ability of work with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Min 23 years administration experience preferred with an International (CRICOS) provider.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be passionate about student service and student outcomes.
  • Have experience and skills with the Microsoft Suite at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Be ethical, supportive, and positive.
