About the role

What we're looking for

  • 2 plus years' experience in a financial services process strong demonstrable knowledge of
- banking and lending products and services with experience in income, expense, liability, and asset verification

  • Exceptional customer service ethics and skills and a commitment to delivering customer
- experience excellence

  • Excellent problemsolving skills, ability to think laterally and objectively assess all relevant
- factors from both the customer and Great Southern Banks perspective

  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision exhibiting a strong customer
- service ethic

  • Proven time management, problem solving, negotiation and organisational skills a positive
- self-starter

  • FSRA ASIC Tier 2 accreditation
  • Certification/experience within Active Operations management workware or equivalent workware experience
